Who may receive the detailed prayer request? How may the person be named?I approve the detailed prayer wording for the audience selected above.

Bobby receives the coordinator copy of every submitted request. Pastor Justin receives the detailed request only when you approve him above. Care contact, hospital and visit information is never shown to the Lucky Lemons class or the church prayer list.

Also place this on the Bowdon Baptist church prayer list.

Bowdon Baptist prayer-list guideline
Requests normally stay on the church list for up to 30 days. A request may be renewed, or a long-term need may be moved to the church’s On Going list.

How long should this stay on the church prayer list?

Leave on the list through

Mailing address for cards or letters, if knownThe church asks for an address when available so cards and letters can be sent. Detailed prayer information is still kept out of the church-wide list.

Julia receives only this approved church-list information:

I approve this short church-list information and timing, including every name exactly as shown above.

Bobby receives every submitted request by text. If you approved Pastor Justin, Bobby may forward the pastoral handoff to him. Julia receives only the short church-list information you approved.

5 / Send

Send it to Bobby.

Simple routing
Bobby receives the full coordinator copy by text. If Pastor Justin was approved, Bobby will see that clearly and can forward it to him. If the church prayer list was approved, Julia’s church-office email appears as the second handoff.

Tap Text Bobby. Lucky Lemons copies the handoff and opens Messages already addressed to Bobby. Tap the message box, choose Paste, review it, and tap Send. If Julia’s email is needed, return here and tap Email Julia. Nothing is considered delivered until you tap Send in Messages or Mail.

6 / Done

Thank you.

Once you begin the handoff, this request is remembered on this device under Update My Requests. Bobby is the text routing point for every request. If Pastor Justin was approved, Bobby will forward it to him. Opening Messages or Mail does not mean it was sent. Make sure you actually press Send before leaving.

A few days from now you can come back to update the prayer, renew it for another 30 days, move a long-term need to On Going, share an answered-prayer praise, change the prayer focus, or withdraw it. If it was on the church prayer list, the update will clearly tell the care coordinator whether the church office needs an ADD, UPDATE, or REMOVE.

For privacy, saved requests roll off this device after their active period. Standard requests are forgotten after 30 days unless renewed; On Going requests stay until you update or close them. Cleanup happens the next time Lucky Lemons is opened on this device.
